We’ve decided to change policy from Thursday November 21st onwards, and bring back alcohol into Board . We’re going ….
Half-Board
or it is Full Board? We gave the N/A idea a good shot, we’d great notions in January and February, and sure enough we believed in it, we were super busy etc etc .
But over time as they year elapsed we just couldn’t get the model to work. Either we charge people to use Board Games [ something we might have to consider in the future to be honest ] or we try expanding what we offer to appeal to a wider amount of people. For the moment we’ve decided to go with the latter

What will change…
You’ll be able to get low alc. beers, spirits, cocktails from the Board bar
We’ll have a comprehensive Low ABV menu. This is a subjective category – what is low abv really, but roughly speaking beer we’ll go with:
🍷 Wine – Under 3%
🍺 Beers – Under 8%
🍸 Tall drinks – Under 5% per glass
Can go as wild as ya want – maybe half a pint of Guinness Zero, and half a pint of Guinness. Or Heineken. In the same glass. The horror… 🥲
What Won’t Change
We’ll still have the most comprehensive N/A drinks menu in the city. We’re keeping 50-100+ n/a and mood altering drinks, and we’ll continue to explore and expand on that in 2025 . 50% of our menu will be such, hence the hilarious new name for the place
We will continue to have notions and ideas that may or may not work. To paraphrase a great man – Sail we may, fail we must… ⛵
