Downstairs can be rented upon request depending on availability
Board Event T&Cs
– Rates for Friday – Saturday are approximately €200 (varies during peak season/times)
– Rates for Sunday – Thursday are negotiable
– At Board – all we have is a PA system
– Everything else will have to be outsourced
– You will have to provide your own sound engineer
– You will have to provide your own box office person
– No date is secured until acts are confirmed with us + a 100% deposit of the rental fee is paid. Once you send us the full details you will receive a link to pay the deposit in your email.
– If you need a receipt/invoice email accounts@bodytonicmusic.com with details of your payment, event date, venue and your invoicing details and they will sort.
– Please note load in/ load out must happen on the day of your show
– The deposit is non refundable should you cancel your booking within 30 days of the date.
– Once the show is live, please send ticket links, promo, artwork, billing etc etc to info@bodytonicmusic.com
